Vaccination 4 month old?

My son was scheduled to have his 4 month visit in 2 weeks. It was canceled today and rescheduled for Monday. It just dawned on me he will be getting

My son was scheduled to have his 4 month visit in 2 weeks. It was canceled today and rescheduled for Monday. It just dawned on me he will be getting his 4 month vacinations at this visit. Will it hurt him to get his 4 month vaccinations when he is only 3 and a half months?

or:Ask the dr's. ofc when you call before going or when you just show up for the appt. It does not seem to me to that timely. I think 4 months and 1 week would be acceptable as well. I do not think the world of chemistry and medicine really march to the drum beat of the Gregorian calendar.
