On win7 every video I try to play freezes after a minute and after a few seconds it continues playing. On youtube when it greezes I move my mouse and

On win7 every video I try to play freezes after a minute and after a few seconds it continues playing. On youtube when it greezes I move my mouse and it fixes itself. I noticed that if I uninstall my Nvidia driver instead of freezing I get a messege that says some program couldnt start because of missing file. Help pls
