I have quite a nice nose but the only problem is that it suddenly gets bumpy and bulbous at the end. Its also snub. I want to sharpen my nose permanen

I have quite a nice nose but the only problem is that it suddenly gets bumpy and bulbous at the end. Its also snub. I want to sharpen my nose permanently as it is a cartilage and can be shaped. I also wanna lengthen my nostrils so that they occupy two thirds of my lower nose. Please recommend me some facial exercises. No surgery. No make up.
