Was he dangerous?

My little sister and I went for a walk around our neighborhood earlier. As we were walking a man drove by and went pass us. He went into a cul de sac

My little sister and I went for a walk around our neighborhood earlier. As we were walking a man drove by and went pass us. He went into a cul de sac and about 3 minutes later he passes us by, slows down right next to us and drives off. This really scared us . When we get near out house we see that his car is parked across the street from where we live. A paint can was by his car and one minute later he finally gets out of his car. I didn't get to see what house he went into because my dad sent me inside. I don't see his car around the neighborhood on a daily basis. It's probably safe to say he was just lost but why did he need to slow down while driving by my sister and I? Our neighborhood is pretty big so if he was lost then he took a lot of unnecessary turns. This just really bothers me because now he knows where I live.

or:I would be concerned, just watch him for a few days figure out if he lives in the neighborhood but don't be a stalker.

or:i would monitor your area and keep a eye out real well always make sure that there are two people with each other at all times cause you never know what lurks around be safer in twos just to protect yourself i agree because it isn't safe
