A week later we had a fight where she told me she had sex a few months ago when we were broken up in october with a guy she knew and then she broke up with me. Two weeks later, we start talking again and she keeps insisting it was when we were broken up for a few days that she had sex with this guy but I saw holes in her story but eventually she gave in and told me it happened Christmas eve night with the friends cousin (who she added on Facebook and had in her house many times after it happened) I asked her why she done it and her responses were "It just happened" "I thought you were cheating on me" "I thought you would never come here" "I was curious and sick of being a virgin". A few months later just being friends I asked how it happened and she described a rape scenario where she said no and was pushed down and he seemed to have enough time to take her panties off and put on a condom and then 5 to 20 mins, she pushes him off but she was unaware she was raped as she claimed to not be knowledgable about it, I said go to the police and she told me she did but they couldn't do anything, later on I thought about it and asked her about it again and she says she didn't go to the police at all and yes she made a mistake and she didn't want to but she was "curious" and she told me she said it was rape coz she didn't wanna lose me and I was being an asshole about it so saying it was easier, I asked her again a few days later what exactly happened and she told me the rape story again but with some minor different details and said "yeh I cheated but it is my fault coz I let him in my room" I reassured her it wasn't and just go to the police but she won't no matter what I say.
