Our garden beside the house is every day from June to September under water. The water is like two inches high at our house. Our neighbour has a damage at his gutters and they leak. We have a very good relationship to our neighbour and don't want to disturb it, but we are afraid that our house will be damaged. Is that the case or are our worries reason less?
