Weight loss tips please?

I am trying to lose weight before I graduate,I am 79kg. I have a lot of time but I want to lose as much weight as fast as possible. I find it hard eat

I am trying to lose weight before I graduate,I am 79kg. I have a lot of time but I want to lose as much weight as fast as possible. I find it hard eating right because my mom does not want to buy fruits, I do eat veggies but my moms cooking is usually unhealthy with a lot of salt and she fries most of the time. I have tried telling her to choose a healthier way of cooking but sadly she still doesn't do it. Lately what I've been doing is simply eating less. We have an elliptical trainer and I go on it from 30-60 mins a day and drink 2-4 liters of water a day. I try to do some other workouts too but I feel like its not enough. What else can I improve on?

I would like to try drinking tea because we have some jasmine green tea that nobody likes but when I tried it, it tasted terrible.

Its also hard not to eat a regular meal in school like with rice and everything. How do I avoid overeating in school when they don't really have anything healthy to offer? Any suggestions for my diet? I would love to hear from those who have experienced losing weight. Thanks a LOT. :)

or:I have lost over 15 kg in around half a year . Firstly , eat as you normally did , and try too eat 3-4 hr before you sleep drink lots of water &. Don cut meals . When you are cutting meals , your body will actually burn less fats = harder to lose weight . Do calculate on your calories intake , can google this one . Then burn parts of that calories daily by doing sports such as jogging or swimming . ( elliptical trainer are boring , go out , get your friends to work out for you ) . Excess calories will be stored in your body = fats . Try to do some toning exercises such as squats , push up , sit up . This will increase your body metabolism rate and help you to burn more calories on top of your workout . There is no shortcuts in getting nice body , but eventually, it will happens .
