Recently I've been feeling depressed, and I'm not talking about suicidal depression I'm just questioning things about myself. I've even been questioning my relationship with my friends. Like if I should still be their friends because I've been feeling that they have a bad impression on my personality. Anyway where I'm getting at is I don't like who I am. And I want to channel this by losing weight. Please don't try to persuade me to do anything else I just want to lose weight. I've tried to lose weight but I'm not devoted enough to it. I'm young so I have a lot of free time. And when I'm at school I do feel motivated to work out but when I get home I always find myself laying on my bed watching youtube videos. And during the weekends I find myself doing the same thing. So can somebody out there help me out and tell me how to become more motivated.
