Weirdness but almost everything he does shows he likes me?

This guy I like, It's almost been 9 months since I've liked him, and he's graduating soon. He always stares at me and he knows I like him, we always make eye contact. When I'm not in school, my friends say he searched for me around my group of friends. And when he's leaving, right at the very end when he has to turn and walk off, he'll turn back and tiptoe when he's already so so so tall, and we make eye contact, yet again.

My friend asked if he knew I liked him and what he thinks of me. He said i'm just a ' nice bandmate ' But as days pass by and months he's still doing the same things, maybe even more. He's already graduated and there's this Passing Out Parade at the end of the year for my cca( which is band, alike a club ), and the seniors will be joining again for the last time, I'll be seeing him again, and during the cca/club times, he'll stare at me a lot, I consider that as usual.

There was this time when I was in a relationship with someone, and a day after that, he was suddenly in a relationship with someone too, I'm not sure whether he knew or not. And after I broke up, a week or few weeks after, he broke up with her too. And then I was in a relationship again, around the 5-6 months I was still in love with him, and all the guys I have been with knew I loved him. He was in a relationship, with the same girl again. Though the weird thing is that, he NEVER does any skinship or barely even shows that he loves or likes her.

There was this time, I wasn't in school, and my friend saw him in the canteen. He was with his girlfriend. He was playing with this keychain on her pencil box, and he looked happy and was smiling, but when the girl touched it too, his face suddenly changed. She also said he kept looking back with a face that kind of wanted them to keep what they saw a secret. He knows my group of friends that always hang out with me, and so do I know his group of friends that always hang out with him.

It is stupid but on twitter, we always indirectly talk to each other. Like, if I said something about him not telling me how he feels, he tweets ' I want to be that person. I really do. '

We've talked for a few times and he always inserts ' :) ' like, A LOT.

or:it sounds like he may really like you and it may be from his heart so I would see where it goes I think you got a sure bet here just take your time so I really think you got quiet the chance in this guy
