What ADF reserve jobs need more people?

I'm thinking of joining the Army reserves, i'm really interested in the artillery Light Gunner position but looking at it, it seems like a job a lot of people would apply for.
I don't have any further education from high school or work experience other then administration and hospitality so I understand that I wouldn't be their first choice out of their abundance of options. I was wondering if anyone in the adf new of any reserve jobs that want new people or atleast arent as popular?
