What are some excuses to not go swimming?

I'm in 6th grade and my mom is really over protective and my class is going to a 3 day field trip and they have pool and even though I know how to swim my mom doesn't want me to go in the deep end pool side and I don't want to say that so Wht are some excuses to not go in the pool?
BTW: first GOOD answer gets my vote.

or:Say: I have my period... or I get cramps when I swim in the deep side... or I out grown my swimming suit and its too small now, guess I can't swim :P or say your too tired.

or:Say: you the previous time you went swimming you got an ear infection, and you don't want to get one again.

or:Well, you could say that you get swimmers ear really easy. Unless your friends have went swimming with you before... My cousin gets swimmers ear almost everytime we get in the pool.

or:You can say you get swimmers ear really bad. My cousin gets it almost every time we go swimming.

or:You can act as you are sick and also say the water is too cold.

or:Say I don't want to go cause my mother said so. Don't lie, you'll grow up with a bad habit.

or:You can swim for some time than make an excuse of going to the washroom and lock yourself in there. if they call you say you are having a serious issue. ;)

or:Before you leave go to the toilet and puke or pretend to then make sure you parents or whoever is taking you knows that you have puked so then you won't have to go also act really weary when walking so they can notice that you aren't strong enough to swim that usually works for me
