What are the chances of dying because of overdosing on diclofenac and ibuprofen?

About half a year ago I overdosed on diclofenac and ibuprofen. I took 40x 12,5mg diclofenac and 40x 400mg ibuprofen. I was rushed to the hospital and treated there. I survived and I'm fine now, but I just want to know what the chances are that I WOULD have died. I'm not going to overdose again! I'm doing better now, I'm in therapy and it's helping me a lot. Besides, it was absolutely horrible and I don't want to experience the pain or the sadness again. I just regret not asking this when I was in the hospital so I hope to get an answer on here.
