My Father passed away 3 months following a diagnoses of Stage 4 Lung cancer. He wasn't married and me and my brother were 100 percent beneficiaries on his life insurance. All of the local banks in our county have been taken care of. The county clerk at the court says that there is no will on file. So what steps can I take as Executor (providing death certificates) to find all of the banks, safe boxes accounts etc.
