What can I use to seal the print on a wallet so it still bends without cracking?

I bought a wallet that has pictures printed on it and after one day they started to rub off. I was wondering if anyone knew of something like modge podge that I could seal it with but that will allow it to bend without cracking. I tried regular modge podge but it flaked off. Any ideas??

or:Something I like to use for these matters is shipping tape! You can trim it and shape it as needed.
