What companies in the UK (London) provide cellular broadband? Relish is one; any others?

I traveled the US in a van last year and the incredible experience was tainted by constant wifi issues, including the day I went to 5 different coffee shops and found no steady wifi! The only thing that worked consistently and fast was Verizon's LTE network. It was just way too expensive! Now I'm in central London they have no fibre in my street! The broadband over the phone from BT is very slow. Relish service makes sense but reviews are negative. I'm wondering if there's any other phone companies or piggyback services available for home broadband?
