or:Well thing that really needs to be done is to have a assemby on issues that need to be addressed as far as what needs to be addressed.This can be changeing rules and other things school uniforms need to be addressed this can benefit the student the schools and parents.Mabe hold pta meeting this could also address several issues with students faculty and parents.

or:Uniforms are in equalizer to make no student look better then any one else. Also it brings in school pride! Maybe have a school pride rally once in a while to get some people into the school spirit? Also if you having options of different versions of uniforms helps. Like for example short sleeve /long sleeve, blue or white, pleated shirt, non pleated. Kids are always trying to express themselves and will appreciate more options, if that it something you can do.

or:A few years ago my school wanted to introduce a school uniform because they were under the impression that students were getting bullied if they weren't wearing \"the cool\" (brand) clothes. Here's a couple things you shouldn't do to begin with: don't only introduce it to the lower grades, introduce it to the entire school. Making the students only wearing a shirt instead of a whole uniform isn't going to make them complain any less, it will ultimately only result in them dressing over it in which case nobody can see the uniform anyways. Also, make sure it's comfortable both physically and phsycholigically, for example leave girls the choice between pants and a skirt. Make sure the colours match and try to stick to classic colours(white, blue, maybe whine red, this choice may also depend on the schools colours though) Finally, make sure there are season/weather appropriate clothing pieces. Nobody can concentrate in long thick pants/ skirts and a woollen pullover if it's 30 degrees outside. (Maybe make a summer and winter uniform?) Personally I would have actually liked wearing the following uniform in school: white blouse, blue skirt till between the mid of the upper leg and just above the knee, white high socks, a blazer and a tie (but that's just personal preference) Also, you could design several uniforms and let the students vote between them, that way the majority of them will like it.
