What do I do with my life, when I want to give up my dreams?

I’m 16, I’ve had many dreams, but I can’t see any of them happen. I went to public school then online, and I've failed both. I feel like a failure. I wanted to email someone I’ve always dreamed of working for. But then started doubts, I look up to them. I wanted to travel and I had other career dreams. But I can’t see myself doing anything I've dreamed of, Moving to a different state or country, doing any of the dream jobs I've wanted, no college. All I see is myself being some deadbeat. I have anxiety and depression, if that helps. So what do I do now?

or:I'm a 15 year old dreamer lol, but I went through depression, and suffered horrible self-harming thoughts, and have many scars on my arm because of it. I think we relate. The thing is, never give up on your dreams, I aspire to be a famous music artist, under the stage name of Cesar, so if you ever hear of a music artist named Cesar, it's most likely me, lol. Never give up on your dreams, if you lose your dreams, you lose purpose, never give up or let other take your dreams away, be who you are and don't worry what others think that's key. Your dreams are personal. Aim high, so then if you accidentally shoot low, you'll be close to the bull's eye, good luck, i'll remember you!
