Walking isn't usually that bad. It got bad about an hour ago though. Right now it hurts at the upper bottom part of it, a little below my toes, when I walk. Running gives off the worst pain at the side of my foot, probably inline with my 5th metatarsal. It hurts to touch my foot on the top in one specific spot where the top of the 4th metatarsal is. I have a doctors appointment for it today but what do you think I should expect? Is it broke?

or:it could be sprained real bad or fractured do you remember injuring it or coming down on it wrong but it sounds like a bad injury need to have it looked at i don't think its something that will heal on its own so its important to see a dr
