I need some help for this story I am writing. So, when are woken up in the middle of the night because of a break in or something. The alarm to the security system is blaring. You get the phone call from the security system base. What is said. How does the conversation go. Everything from when you pick up the phone too hang up. Is there even a special secret question that they ask that you can answer that sounds normal that say you re being held at gun point to say it s okay but really they are going to send the cops?

or:If you are being held at gun point, then you don't need to answer the phone. Tell the burglary you will turn off it and input the duress code. The security service will send cops immediately when they receive duress code. Ask your security service center what to do and what to say when the alarm sets off and they call you back. If you are at emergency status, you can push panic button again. They can receive it and know what to do.
