or:throw a cake into someone elses mouth
or:Make tiny one/trick your friends by putting something in it/make it spicy/make shapes with it. But if i were you, i would do normal one and then in the party i would make odd cakes with friends to have fun and play. :)
or:You can keep a game in which you are supposed to give a cup of cake to everyone and can ask them to finish it in max 10sec :P. I know everyone likes cake but these game sounds too interesting, I had tried once. Or even you can bring cake base and decorating elements of cake and then keep the game to decorate the cake in their own way, this will cost you but for fun purpose and to come across the innovative minds you can organize these games :).
