What happens if I fail one quarter of calculus?

Im in sophomore year and taking calc AB. I had an A first quarter and an A- the second. Unfortunately, I got sick the last week of second quarter and

I'm in sophomore year and taking calc AB. I had an A first quarter and an A- the second. Unfortunately, I got sick the last week of second quarter and with all of the makeup work and that being competition season for everything I ended up losing my pace in calc.
I still have As in every other class and my cumulative gpa is a 3.9.
Right now I have an F in calc, and with how uncooperative and difficult the teacher is (she doesn't understand any of the math she's teaching, she has been teaching us BC all year and the grade is weighed 80% for tests and quizzes and 20% for homework, etc.), and the fact that this week is the last week of the quarter, it doesn't look like it's going to uphill from here. I'm pretty sure I'll pass the AP test. I understand all of the concepts, it's just that this teacher is super harsh as far as grading.
Will it look bad on college apps if I have one F (that I still have the potential to makeup over the summer) for this quarter, but I still pass the AP test?

or:Yes, it's Sophomore year. The only year where this situation could really hurt you is Senior year. And it's still possible you could bring it up to a D or C.

or:Nah don't worry about it, try to do good on the last quarter to be able to get a C. Don't let it happen as a senior.
