On our agreement, the landlord agreed to uphold some repairs. For example (one of many) the ice maker was one of the items they said they would repair if it did not work. Well, it didn't and we told them about it, and they (in much more words) told us "tough luck." This is Colorado, FYI. Just wondering what my options are.
