Recently I have came across a problem where both my nostrils are completely blocked for long periods of time. I had been using Using Sudafed several times a day, but recently it has suddenly started to become less effective as well. If I go for a run it clears it respectfully well, but about 10 minutes later, both nostrils are completely blocked.
So what is this an infection, flu, cold etc? I personally feel fine everywhere else, other than the nose part.

If you research pain killers, side effects include increased sensitivity to pain! If you want natural treatments, a large dose of vitamin C often helps. You can get vitamin C crystals which have a strong taste, or sodium ascorbate which has a very mild taste. Vitamin A stimulates mucus, and your body probably needs all the mucus it can get. Mucus is what keeps the body clean. When I have a stopped nose I put Vick's Vaporub on my feet and clean sox over it.
