Okay people, I thought I could solve this problem myself but for some reason I just can't get a straight answer!

I recently downloaded a fitness app called '100% Army Fit'. On it there is a section for cardio training and with it guidance. This is what I'm seeing:

Exercise duration: 15:00
Pace out of 10: 3

Does anyone know what this means?
