For 5 weeks I have had anal/rectal pain and itching, as well as a clear mucus discharge. Today I decided to perform a rectal examination on myself, and when i did, I felt this hard, small lump. I found a few of them, located as far as I could reach, just at the top . Hemorrhoids? polyps? HELP!! I am only 13.
