Whenever I do a sudden movement with my foot (most of the time my right foot), it starts to hurt like if I had a cramp. I think its a Plantar Fasciiti

Whenever I do a sudden movement with my foot (most of the time my right foot), it starts to hurt like if I had a cramp. I think it's a Plantar Fasciitis, but it does often hurts. Any idea why it's doing it so often? (1-2 times per month)
