or:if you mean for old and feagile people by 'diet in aged care', I would say a lot of soup with a lots of easy to chew vegetables and in general foods that are easy to chew and easy to digest.. you could also take a look at low-FODMAP food. i think that diet would also suit people in aged care :) also be mindful with the desserts, they shouldn't contain too much sugar, stevia would be a better and much healthier alternative for sugar :)
