It happens randomly but when i inhale it's like energy is built in my chest and my breath is taken plus when i exhale i feel weird and my hands will clench. I'll add I am not doing anything but if someone has an idea please help.

or:it sounds like you exhale if it has a tendency to be hard to do kinda troubleing nothing out of the blue it sounds like you have anxiety with it kinda like a anxiety attack not full blown but enough to have it get your attention try counting to 10 when this happens it will make it better and it won't be so impacted when you do it it could be just the way its going on and how your exhaling the reason can be just about anything but do this slowley and see if there is a difference
