or:What isn't the biggest problem about owning a dog? The unconditional love, maybe? Honestly, any \"problem\" with owning a dog is entirely subjective. My dog sheds a lot. It's not a problem to me. I just brush him more often. My dog also drools. Still not a problem. I just wipe his face after every bowl excursion. His food is higher end and more expensive. Still, not a problem. I put in a few extra hours at work between classes and I can get his food. My dog needed training at one point (as all dogs do). Wasn't a problem. I had him house trained in two weeks by reinforcement. I didn't sleep as much those weeks, but it was worth it.It's really entirely up to you to decide what isn't the biggest \"problem\" with owning a dog. Every dog is different, and I'm not just talking about different breeds. I've had very sweet Rottweilers and a not-so-friendly Shih Tzu. Same with Schnauzers and Chihuahuas. There are friendly Bouvillons and some pretty nasty ones. My best friend has a super sweet Pit that loves children and small animals.Maybe the point of all this is ... if you think that there's any kind of \"problem\" with owning a dog, maybe you aren't ready to own a dog? You should never go into any kind of ownership with a negative thought process.
