What should I do my cousin loves me and want to marry with me?

or:i think that his love is true to, and he want to marrie u so he want to finish his live with u, and if u don't want him tell him this is the last decision, and to stop Harassing you, however if u have feeling for him than u need to take the best decision :)

or:Discuss with him about the consequences. If u and ur cousin is ready to face the consequences then face it together, if one of u are not ready of it then dont. U can read the conquences online both pros and cons. And if im not mistaken, married ur cousin and have a baby with him is not much of a issue ( i mean u are unlikely to have a defect child).
