What should I do to stop being stressed ?

My brother ALWAYS bullies my mom !! He's 25 btw and am 26 ..YES old enough to start a new family but still he is A BAD person and always shouts and fight with mom on the most trivial things .. I tried my best to stop him I even got into fights with him and no use !! Am hopeless now !! I feel like am gonna explode , he's stressing the whole family !! My father is away from us to work so no way i can talk to him about it and when he visits us my bro will lick his shoe and be so friendly O.o
Also i cant move out !! Bad time for me really !! So am stressed and want them to stop .. What should i do plz help me :( my mother is A REAL pushover and cant fight back and stop him :(

or:Try finding some consoling, to help with stress try working out because if you do it helps burn negative chemicals in your brain so you then feel refreshed mentally, the next step if your brother does not come to consoling, call the police especially if he assaults anyone in mentally or physically I am sure if your father does not believe you then he will believe the love of his life which is your mom. Just try not fighting fire with fire it only makes it worse, in fact pure the water before the fire ignites and kill him with kindness, so that way he has nothing to use against you if things go way out of hand go to court.
