or:honestly I have no idea but I do know what I would do.. measure the required bolt, width, depth and thickness and then head down to home depot with 30 dollars in my pocket and buy two of a variety of suitable bolts in a range of the approximate sizes.Fussing over a specific bolt on a 17 yr old bike is daft (unless you are looking to rebuild to specs) so long as you ca find one that does the job safely it's all good. Hell, if it's just a case of fixing the seat to the frame with no intention of resale then weld that mother on :)
