Copper? Pex? I'm not sure what plumbing materials would be best. And some type of liquor safe liquid pump.

or:i would do research into what piping is used in public water fountains such as those found in schools, this info can likely be found on google, i hope that helps you with your search, by the way that sounds awesome to have in your house, sounds like a good party pad.

or:Any place that sells refrigerators also sells hoses, valves, and fittings to carry water to them. Only use the plastic hoses, not pipes. Metal or plastic pipes have to be stuck together with noxious stuff. Hose fittings just push together. Also, hoses are smaller than pipes, and you don't really want a large amount of expensive booze just sitting in your walls.TIP: You can do the same thing with bottles under the bar. There is no reason to have a central tank with hoses all over the house. If you do that, you won't need to pump the booze, just use an aquarium pump to pressurize the bottles.
