Me and my boyfriend recently separated. We have a 4 month old together. could I get in trouble with a judge when we go to court if I don't let her go to her dads? The only reason I feel that she shouldn't go is because he doesn't meet her basic needs such as diapers and formula. He expects me to provide that for him to keep her. I feel that I provide those things when she is with me. So he should do the same when she is with him.

or:i would suggest calling CPS (Child Protection Services) and if he does not meet the basic standards (diapers, formula, a clean place to live, etc) they will take the baby away from him and you will have your daughter full time. Good Luck!
