Whats a good exercise plan for a 12 year old girl?

hi, Im 12 and weigh around 10 stone i'm the heaviest in my class, but also the tallest. i am a bit self conscious about my highs and stomach, so i am trying to do a healthy summer thing.I do exercise usually for a hour and a half every afternoon, and on mondays i add an additional 1.5 hours as i do grade 6 ballet.
despite this nothing is happening to my weight except it going up. Is this something to do with my diet?
I go to full time boarding school, so this may be it; but in the holidays i eat always extremely healthy because i find at school my acne always breaks out.so i eat healthy at home and my skin clears up.
Please answer because i really want to lose the extra fat!!!!!

or:Daily sweating will help you to loss weight. Work for sweating.But remember more sweating will make you weak. So start sweating regularly.


or:well since your only 12 , and im around your age , your exercise plan should be around the same as mine. you can do atleast 50 squats and crunches everyday and start to see results within a few weeks . I do more than than that but im not involved in ballet like you are so you are more active and probably don't need to but it helps my apperence. the crunches and squats will tighten your stomach , thighs , legs and the butt ; P hope this helped.


or:Curl ups, pull ups and push ups would do. Since that you are still a kid, it is better that you try lighter workout activities. In terms of picking up the food, you must have an exact schedule of your meal at night. It must be before 6 pm. If you exceed on the given time, you are most likely to gain weight. Then also try doing your workout on a treadmill. It never gets old actually. There's this shop from xtraining.com where you could see different types of treadmill applicable to your age and size.


or:I reccomend starting with some 12kg dumbells, and maybe 40kg Bench Press, start with that and you will get ripped in no time :)

or:Go swimming or jogging. I always go on weekends hikes with my dad :). Also, start to eat healthier. Not a lot of junk food. Start off with apples and things like that. Hope this helps!

Enough said, here\u2019s some ideas for the Non-Active:\u202250-100 Push Ups \u202250-100 Curl Ups (Each Arm, Possibly, Modify If You\u2019d Like)\u202250-100 Squats\u202250-100 Burps\u202250-100 Sit Ups\u2022Holding 5 Pound Weights Out To Your Sides For 1 Minute-=+=-BE MINDFUL-=+=-(You DO NOT Have To Do All This Everyday, Possibly About 3 Times A Week Such As Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pick and Choose What Exercises Are Most Comfortable For You!)As much as walking or jogging for an hour would help, those are some moves you would probably be able to do in your room.
