When can I allow my children into a Diazinon treated area. When is it safe?

In November 16, 2014 my home, garage and backyard were sprayed with Diazinon. This was done without my consent. I would never use pesticides in my home , much less an organophosphate. At the time I was pregnant and my youngest was 2 years old. There were no symptoms of toxicity, not to me or to my 2, 12 or 13 year old. All bottom edges where the wall touches the floor in my home were sprayed. Under sink cabinets were sprayed. Lawn was sprayed. Under the tv stands and under stove and fridge. Garage was sprayed heavily , walls were sprayed up and down and everywhich way. Cement floor in garage was sprayed as well. Droplets , small and large fell onto cardboard boxes, shelves, plastics cabinets, bicycles, , tools , lawnmower , grill , everything. I live in home in fear. I have not allowed my children to go into the backyard or garage all this time. My home has been cleaned, carpets have been steamed. But I have not been able to clean under the tv stand or stove or fridge. There are toys that are under the tv stand that I am afraid to get. It is now 2 years later. And I want to know if it is now safe to allow my kids into the backyard. Or if I can now let them use they re toys and bikes that are in the garage. I live in fear of this pesticide in my home. I need some insight. My children are now 15, 14 , 4 and 18 months old. No symptoms ever. No birth defects.
