or:is it round like one but feels like a lil hole in the middel that burns when you touch or rubb it and is it white?? If it is that..Most likely all he has to do is brush his teeth a lil more. \"YES\" it's an infection the longer you mess with it the longer it take's to get rid of it so try not to mess with it so much even though sometime your tempted too just bite it off. Nd ice sometimes workes with ppl that have this problem.
