I have $1,600 free to use on payment toward a credit card but I have an issue. I have two credit cards, one is an open account with 0% APR till 2018 that has a 1,500.00 balance with a $20 minimum payment.
The other one is a closed account with a high APR (23.0%) that has a 1,597.00 balance with a $50 minimum payment.
Which card should I pay off first?
