Why all a sudden my hair falls out?

my hair suddenly started falling out in only 2 spots "on top right in front" of all places:( at first it looked like it was oily until i realized it was bleeding a little then got a little worst... then it dried up so bad it looked as if it was snowing when i moved my hair.... and now even others can tell my hair is falling out in just those 2 spots! any idea what could cause this? what i can do to help? please!
