I often freak out about irrational stuff like whether people will respond to my texts, if relational partners will leave me, how I look, and even if my phone screen will go off when something is loading, and I often feel like someone is watching me, or right behind me and following me. I go full panic mode and run when there is nothing there. Sometimes, I notice that I've holding my breath for awhile for no reason. I know I probably haven't given enough information, but can someone try to figure out and explain why?
