Why are there random games on my laptop that I've never seen before?

i downloaded Kaspersky Total Security onto my laptop a few weeks ago. I've noticed recently that when i run a full scan, there are a list of games amongst the items being scanned that I've never downloaded... the information says something like Documents and settings exe... something along those lines. does anyone know why Kaspersky is not getting rid of these "games" and how i can get rid of them myself?
