Why can't I wake up between 5:30 and 8:30?

Every day I have to get up between 5:45 and 6:45 to get to school on time. But for some weird reason, I cant. Even if I awaken on my own, I just cant.

or:You can if you go to bed early enough and you have an alarm clock. There is no such thing as can't.

or:You’re probably used to not being able to wake up that your body is on a schedule. It can happen for other things as well and it isn’t unusual. If this influences you to the point where you can’t function talk to your doctor about Melatonin medicine. The medicine helps your body produce natural sleep hormones so you can be on a different cycle than you are in. You probably don’t have to take it forever; just for school and important events, but when you first take it they’ll probably reccomend taking the medicine for a few weeks or days in a row to get your body on a schedule.
