or:I would say that dogs bark to communicate and that is true. But if you are having an issue with a constant barking dog then most of the time the dog is not recieving enough attention or stimultion. Many times people think if they throw a dog in a big backyard with toys that should be enough. This is not the case, dogs need constant attention and exercise so they do not take it out in other forms (ex: barking, chewing, or digging). I would go and talk to your neighbors about how the dogs barking is bothersom. If you feel uncomfortbale with that right them an anonymous letter explaining the issue. Make sure to do so in a positive manner so they dont feel attacked. Good Luck with your barking issue and I hope Ive helped.

or:Dogs bark for many reasons. It shows there feelings just like how we cry when we are sad, or laugh when something is funny. Dogs use this to communicate with one another and to also let you know if something is wrong. If a dog is excited and wants to play they can bark, or just to let you know that they need the loo and want to go outside. Perhaps you should ask your neighbor if they know why there dog is barking so much. Maybe there is another dog living in your area or the dog is simply implying that something is up.I hope this has helped!

or:Dogs bark for many reasons. They can bark when they're happy just as how we are happy when we laugh about something or hear good news.
