Why do I feel the need to be so rigorous?

Every thing I do, all the time, needs to be done rigoursly: thoroughly, carefully, effectively and rapidly, without any waste of time or effort, with

Every thing I do, all the time, needs to be done rigoursly: thoroughly, carefully, effectively and rapidly, without any waste of time or effort, with a result of much higher quality than the norm.

I don't understand why I'm like that...
But then again, I don't understand why others aren't like that!
