Why does my left eye hurt when I blink?

I woke up this morning and whenever I blink my left eye, it hurts. I'm pretty sure it's not major though. I think my lower eyelid is causing it, near the nose. It feels like a bruise when I blink. Sometimes it goes away, but most of the time it's there. Anything I can do?
EDIT: It just came to me this morning, no symptoms before today.

or:your stress and probably use your computer and after that wash your face that made your eyes hurt.. it is called eyelid twitching you can google it and sometimes you need a lot of sleep to rest..
