Why does non-glomerular renal hematuria show non-dismorphic red blood cells?

I know that in glomerular renal hematuria, due to a damage in glomeruli, (most of) red blood cells passing through glomeruli will change their shape.

I know that in glomerular renal hematuria, due to a damage in glomeruli, (most of) red blood cells passing through glomeruli will change their shape. Why does this not occur even in non glomerular renal hematuria (with renal trauma, renal tumor or broken cysti)? Where does blood pass to be found in urine?

or:Because it doesn't get filtered, doesn't have to into the small capillaries of the kidney, due to where the trauma is located. Just goes directly from kidney to ureters and then bladder.
