Why have I lost interest in the tv shows that I used to love?

i really dont know by but my mom allows me two hours of TV on weekends and an house on weekdays if I have the time. And I have a long list of TV shows

i really don't know by but my mom allows me two hours of TV on weekends and an house on weekdays if I have the time. And I have a long list of TV shows that I wanna start or have not finished. but recently whenever I think of watching an episode or something I just gag at the idea from some reason. I used to obsessed like you have no idea. I have no history of mentAl health issues or anything. Is it normal? (I'm a 13 year old female)
