I have a Lenovo Z4070 and I have tried swapping out one of the 4GB RAM sticks for an 8GB stick. So here's my problem, the maximum amount of RAM I can install is 16GB (4 + 8 = 12 not 16) the manufacturer states that it's compatible with DDR 3 sticks, the new 8 GB stick is also an DDR 3 stick which worked fine on my back up laptop but is not being picked up on this laptop. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated :)
