or:It depends on what you are talking about. I tried for a long time to buy a water filter for my house. Dealers offer four different standard sizes, but they usually don't say what size they are offering, so you don't know if the cartridge you buy is going to fit into the canister that you buy. Price is not an issue. But if you are talking about groceries, then it is very annoying when the price remains the same but the size of the package is made smaller. They are no longer selling what you think you are buying.
