I have an "ICraig" tablet that I'm pretty sure is actually an Android tablet, and it's not turning on. I had it on a charger for over an hour so that's not the problem. I've tried holding down the power button. If it helps, it's a model CMP770 Wireless Touch Screen Tablet. Help??

or:The solution to this problem is to reload the system software which you can get from the Craig Electronics website (Google it) and then select E-Digital from the menu at the right. Click on your product (CMP770) and you will see the software download and instructions for installing.You will need an SD card to copy the software to. Power off the netbook, insert the SD with the new firmware and it will reload the operating system. When it is done, it will ask you to remove the SD card to complete the process. Of course, any data you had in the netbook will be gone.
